How long does shipping take for custom hockey jerseys?
Custom jersey orders typically require 10-14 business days for processing and customization before they are shipped via your selected delivery method.
What is your return policy for hockey skates?
We offer a 30-day return policy on unused skates in their original packaging. Please note that skates that have been sharpened or baked are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Do you offer professional skate sharpening and profiling?
Yes, all Pro Hockey Life retail locations offer professional sharpening, profiling, and heat molding services. You can also purchase sharpening cards online to use at any of our stores.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
Do you offer a warranty on composite hockey sticks?
Most composite sticks come with a one-time, 30-day manufacturer's warranty against defects. Please keep your original receipt, as it is required to process any warranty claims directly with the manufacturer.
